A Shrink Operation is most effective after an operation if that operation creates lots of unused space, such as a truncate table or a drop table operation. Most database require some free space for regular day to day operations.

Same as above Click on Schedule Tree and click on Config Task and expand your Shrink Database link and click on add new button.

After configure all required field Please click on Save button.
