Topic 5.1.2: Form Properties

Use the Forms page to create, organize, import, save, design, publish, manage, secure, and associate forms to workflows.

To access Forms

  1. In the Enterprise Console, click the Menu button, and then click Forms. The Forms page appears.

    The Forms page shows the title, description, bound to workflow, owner, version, item status, and last modified date for the forms.

Action Tool Bar

Action tool bar has commands to manage forms and folders. Standard commands are available all the time whereas contextual commands are available only when a form is selected.

Go back to the parent form or folder.

Form

Create a new form.

Folder

Create a new folder to group and organize forms.

Organize

 

Organize the form by moving the form to a folder or by making the form a child item of another form.

Security

 

View or customize the security level for the forms.

Contextual Commands

Design

Design the form with the forms designer.

Publish

Publish the form or the folder.

Unpublish

Unpublish the form or the folder.

Edit

Edit description of the form and then change design of the form with the forms designer.

View

Preview the form.

Delete

Delete the form.

Change Owner

Change owner of the form.

Associate

Associate the form to a workflow.

List

List of forms shows the title, description, bound to workflow, owner, version, item status, and last modified date for the forms. Click on a column to sort the forms.
