Topic 2.2.2: Installing on a Single Machine

In this scenario, all AVEVA Workflow Management components are installed on the same machine. This scenario is preferred in a User Acceptance Test (UAT) environment. However, for UAT load testing and for better performance in a production environment, it is recommended to host the Databases on a different machine.

  • Cost-effective deployment as machine requirement is minimal

  • May not scale well
  • Failover and Clustering support not provided
