Before installing AVEVA Workflow Management, the installer installs the following system-specific prerequisites:

• Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.1
• Microsoft .Net Core 2.2.1 - Windows Server Hosting
• Microsoft SQL Server System CLR Types for SQL Server 2014
• Microsoft Report Viewer Redistributable 2015
• Microsoft SQL Server System CLR Types for SQL Server 2016
• Microsoft SQL Server 2016 Management Objects
• Common Licensing API Framework 3.5.1
• Platform Common Services 4.3.3

Before you install AVEVA Workflow Management, ensure the following conditions are met:

• System requirements are met as mentioned in the respective installation scenarios of Editions.
• AVEVA License Server is available.
• A user profile with a dbcreator account has been created for installing the product. A Database Connection is required for the server on which the Workflow Engine service is installed.
• Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator (MSDTC) service and configurations are enabled on your system. This is a mandatory process before installing AVEVA Workflow Management. For enabling this service, see Topic 2.1.3
• The various scenarios for installing AVEVA Workflow Management Products have been read and understood.
• Check the Windows Firewall in OFF Mode.
• Check UAC And Password Policy.
