In generated pop-up, you can find configured Sequence Name and Creation Time of

Pop up. Also as per configuration, configured field list value will be displayed  as shown below:

If you want to remove any notification, then select that row and then click on  Remove the Selected Contact button as shown in below screenshot:

It will remove that notification from being sent.
