Duration

How many old report you want to delete.

For Example: If Duration is 5 then it will delete repots  which are older than 5 month

Delete Date

Date of the month

For Example: If Delete Date is 15 and Duration is 5 then  it will delete reports which are 5 month older and creation  date is before 15 of that month.

If today is 7th Jun 2018 then according to above example it  will delete reports older than 15th Dec 2017.
