• Make one application pool on IIS .     

        Select No managed code from .NET CLR version.             
        Select Integrated from Managed pipeline mode.

• Copy published folders in C:\inetpub\wwwroot 
• This published folder will be appear in Default sites in IIS Manager.
• Right click on folder and convert it to application and select application pool that is made previously.
