UI  Rate as per CERC Guidelines

Over Injection :-

1-      If SG <400MW – upto 48MW(i.e. energy per block is 12 MWH) UI charges and after that zero UI

2-      If SG > 400MW – upto 12% of SG is UI and after that zero UI.

3-      If frequency is above 50.10, penalty of access generation at the rate of UI rate 50Hz (i.e at present scenario it is Rs 1.78/unit)

Under Injection:-

1-      If SG < 400MW – For calculating the UI charges the SG may consider 400MW i.e. for first 48MW less generation UI charges , second 12MW 1.2UI, third 20MW 1.4 UI, and for less than 80MW 2UI charges have to pay.

2-      If SG > 400MW – upto 12% of SG  UI charges

                                          12-15% 1.2*UI

                                          15-20% 1.4*UI

                                          20-100% 2*UI
