        SCENARIO:
        You are the "Senior Manager - New Business Development" of an American company, which is a distributor and Marketer of prestigious skincare, makeup, fragrance and hair care products.

        1. You have been tasked by the CEO of the company to develop a new product - based on organically grown ingredients.
        2. The key STAKEHOLDER of this project will be your own company.
        3. You will have to build the new business from GROUND UP - all the way to operations (there is no manufacturing involved).
        4. Procure Approvals for your Strategic Plan
        5. You will have access to several experts from your parent company - Business Advisors, Accountant, Lawyer, IT Manager,


        Some guidelines you have established:

        • Create the Strategic Plan first
        • USE THE COMPANY TEMPLATE for new business development. Also contribute your changes back to a new template.
        • Communicate Plan early - so you can book resources time schedules
