You want to purchase a new car. There are many tasks involved and you want to make a plan.

Project Plan Design/Philosophy:

You want to create a plan so that:
a. You do not miss out any due diligence while purchasing the car
b. You want to do everything systematically - in the right order
c. All necessary tasks have to be completed - financial, legal, safety

The WBS tasks are kept as generic as possible to be applicable to most countries. Your own case might vary slightly - and if so, it will be great to discuss the impact on your project plan - in the discussion area of the course. For example, are there any special mandated waiting periods for registration etc.
