SCENARIO:- You are the "Senior Manager - Commecial Projects" of an US based construction company offering commercial construction services for a wide-range of project types and markets.
- You are to construct a SINGLE BUILDING CORPORATE CAMPUS for a reputable repeat customer. - DEADLINE of 1 year - with a contractual penalty clause for delays

You will use the CRITICAL PATH technique - to control the schedule tightly - and reduce delays
ASSIGNMENTS FOR YOU:- Basics: Set project date (HINT: Keep a back date so you can track also), Set Calendar, Create Baseline/s
- Over-allocations: Use several techniques that have been taught to resolve over-allocations
- Project Tracking: Having kept a back date for Project Start Date - then do tracking using several techniques (don't forget Update Date)
- Analyze Critical Path in the project - can you crunch dates even more (with and without additional resources)?
- Analyze Slack Dates
